Choosing apartment

Browse Odessa center map with indicated locations of our apartments and choose apartment that suits your needs. Please note that many apartments are not shown on the map, but all of them are located in the very center of Odessa within historical center.

Booking conditions

Please, contact our office for booking apartment in Odessa, the preferable time is1-2 weeks before your coming. Reservation is free of charge, only e-mail or telephone confirmation 1-2 days prior to your arrival is needed. Sometimes (during high season) we can ask for pre-payment via Western Union or credit card reservation. Please do not forget to send your contacts. Our e-mail: office@apartmentservice.odessa.ua

Payment

All  rates are  given in US dollars per apartment per night, price does not depend on the number of people staying in the apartment, VAT and other taxes are included, and the only extra charges possible for guarded car parking and international telephone calls made from the apartment. All payments ave available in cash or by Credit Cards. Broadband Internet access is free if charge.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. In this case we return all pre-payments and deposites.

In case we did not ask for booking deposite we rely on clients to cancell reservation in time.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in time is at 12.00. The key from he flat can be taken at the transfer or in our support and call-center office, which is open 24 hours per day. Often we give keys and sign agreement with renter directly on the apartment during check-in. You must check-out by 13.00. For another requested check-in/out time let us know in advance.

Room service

Room service is included to rental fee. We provide cleaning of apartment and beddings\towels replacement once per 3 days. Everyday cleanup available upon your request and for extra charge.

Transportation service

Our driver can meet you at the bus or train station. This service costs 10 USD and does not depend on the time of the day or night, traffic situation in Odessa and any possible trip delays. Driver service is available 24 hours per day as well.
